职业教育教师专业发展研究

摘    要:教师职业是一种专门职业,教师专业发展已经成为全球教育改革的主要趋势。职业教育教师专业发展是当前我国教师教育的焦点问题,是时代发展的必然,是实现职业教育目标的必然条件。完善职教教师管理制度,实施“产学研”结合教师素质培养途径,强化职教教师培训与进修,职教教师进行教学反思,职教教师开展教育教学研究等是实现职教教师专业发展的策略。

Abstract:Teaching practitioners are required to possess proper knowledge and qualification of their specialty. The professional development has become one concern of education reform all over the world. The same is true in vocational education in China. Professional vocational college teachers are necessary to the realization of vocational education goal. The paper points out that, to enhance the teachers' professional development,colleges need to improve teachers' assessment and management system and strengthen the cooperation with enterprises in teachers' training. It also encourages teachers of higher vocational colleges to reflect more on their teaching and research on it.
