| 摘 要： | 处于发展阶段的我国高等职业教育，面临许多问题，其中教育对象复杂多样的特点也是制约其发展的因素之一。由于学生在校期间所受影响主要来自教师，因此确立正确的师生关系对于顺利开展教育教学活动就成为一个关键。师生间关系主要基于雇佣、师徒、益友等类型而存在，这些类型虽然都有其可取之处，但又都不同程度的存在片面和不足，因而构建新型的师生关系就十分必要。

| Abstract: | At the development stage, China＇s higher vocational education faces several problems. The education complex and diverse characteristics of the object is one of the factors constrained its development. TO establish the correct relationship between teachers and students would become a key to the smooth development of education and teaching activities, because students are mainly impacted from teachers during the school The relationship between teachers and studeras are primarily employment, apprenticeship and friendship. Although these types have their own merits, there are different degrees of one-sided and inadequate. And therefore it is necessary to build a new type of teacher-student relationship. |
