摘    要:一个国家的人才是否能满足社会的需求,往往是由国家文化教育宏观环境和培养体系决定的。在通过调查和专家问卷的研究工作,总结出了我国地质科技人才在总量、分布及结构上存在着“六个不足”、“一个不完善”的问题。存此基础上,结合国内外人才培养的宏观环境和国内外地质人才培养方案比较分析,我们可以看到国内外地质教育的异同和差距,得出我国地质人才在不同阶段培养成长存在的问题,并为改良今后地质类科技人才培养成才环境提供参考;

Abstract:Whether a country's talents meet the needs of the society,often is decided by the macro culture and education of the nation and cultivation system.Through the investigation and the expert questionnaire's research work,this paper summarized "six insufficiencies" and "one imperfection" existing in the total quantity,the distribution and the structure of talent in science and technology in our country.Based on this,combining the macro-environment of cultivation of talent with the comparative analysis of cultivation plan of geological talent at home and abroad,we may see the similarities and differences of geological education at home and abroad,then draw a conclusion about the problems of geological talent in our country in the different growth period,and provide the references for how to improve the maturing environment of geological talent in science and technology.
