| 摘 要： | 第33届国际教育评价年会围绕"国家评价体系和教育标准的相互依存性"主题,对国家教育评价的经验和成就、国家(际)教育目标的评价、信息通讯技术在考试评价领域的应用等专题进行了深入的研讨。此次年会表明:发展中国家的考试评价技术和水平在不断提高,考试评价的关注点已从注重结果的终结性评价转移到注重过程监测的形成性评价;范围不断扩大,信息网络技术在考试评价领域中发挥着越来越重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In the 33~(rd)international educational evaluation conference,such issues as the experiences and achieve- ments of national educational evaluation,national or international educational objective evaluation and the application of information technology in the field of testing evaluation were deeply discussed centering around the theme of the inter- dependence between national evaluating system and educational criteria.The conference shows that the testing evalua- tion technology and level in the developing countries are improving;the focus of evaluation has shifted from the summa- rive assessment paying attention to outcomes to the formative assessment emphasizing process monitoring;the scope of assessment has been broadened;information technology and internet are playing an increasingly important role in the field of testing evaluation. |
