| 摘 要： | 少数民族乡村文化对乡村社会的稳定与可持续发展有着重要作用和意义。城市化进程影响下，少数民族乡村文化传承面临困境。从教育传承机制的角度对该问题提出进一步思考。首先，政府层面对少数民族传统文化的价值进行重新体认，建立文化创新和发展机制；其次，强化学校在传统文化传承与发展中的引领作用，建立协调机制；最后，乡村少数民族成员逐步提升文化自觉意识和文化转型能力，为少数民族传统文化传承与发展提供动力机制。

| Abstract: | The minority rural culture plays an important role in keeping the stability and sustainable development of rural society . Under the influence of urbanization , the inheritance of minority rural culture is facing great difficulties . This paper probes into the issue from the perspective of educational inheritance mechanism . Firstly , the government should re‐interpret the value of the minority culture , and establish the mechanism for cultural innovation and development ;Secondly , the schools'leading role in the inheritance and development of traditional culture should be strengthened , and coordination mechanism should be set up ;Lastly , ethnic minority people in rural areas should enhance their cultural consciousness and the ability of cultural transformation , and provide dynamic mechanism for inheriting and developing ethnic traditional culture . |
