摘    要:随着我国高校人事制度改革的深入,建立科学的激励制度是高校管理者最为关心的中心工作之一。从人力资本的角度,对高校教师人力资本的特殊性进行分析,为高校人事制度改革提供借鉴。

Abstract:With the reform of the personnel system in China institutions of higher learning,the most important work of common concern to the manager of institutions of higher learning is how to build the scientific encouragement mechanism.From the perspective of human capital,the artical introduces the concept of human capital and analyses the particularity of university teachers' human capital The main object of this paper is to provide suggestions for the reform of the personnel system in China institutions of higher learning.
