摘    要:将官产学研协同理论应用于节能服务领域,结合当今节能服务领域的特点,寻求节能服务和官产学研之间的利益共同点,提出构建有效的节能服务领域官产学研协同创新平台;通过分析协同创新平台的功能与框架,表明构建节能服务领域官产学研协同创新平台的可行性,阐述了官产学研协同创新平台的构建模型及运行机制,最终实现节能服务由孤立运行到官产学研合作运行的转变,为我国节能领域提供可参考的协同创新服务平台。

Abstract:Application of coordination theory in general and energy-saving service field,combined with the characteristics of the energy saving service.seek common interests between the energy services and government university industry,and put forward government university industry collaborative innovation,build effective energy-saving services government university industry collaborative innovation platform.The government cooperation under the service field based on the analysis of existing at the present stage, show the feasibility of constructing innovative energy services platform based on collaborative and official production and research, and discusses the convergence effect, production and energy-saving service gives the construction model and operation mechanism of government university industry collaborative innovation platform, so as to achieve energy saving Service from isolated operation to change the Government university industry cooperation and energy saving service operation,and provide reference for collaborative innovation service platform for the future of China''s energy field.
