| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国高等教育领域对高校学术管理体制和学风建设的问题研究日益增多,但就二者关系的探讨则涉及较少。学术管理体制和学风建设都服从和服务于高校学术发展这一核心和主题,良好学风为高校学术发展提供精神内涵和文化动力,学术管理体制为学风建设提供制度性保障。如何处理好两者的关系,既关系到高校学术的发展,也有利于转变观念,建立现代大学制度。

| Abstract: | In recent years, problem researches on academic management system and study style construction in high education sphere have gradually increased; however, there are relatively few probes in the relationship between the two things. Both academic management and study style construction are obedient to and serving a core and subject, that is, the academic development of colleges and universities. Good study style can provide spiritual connotation and cultural impetus for academic development, while academic management system can offer study style construction institutional insurance in return. As a result, how to cope with their relationship matters not only for the academic development of high education, but also for the change of our mind and building up modern university institution. |
