| 摘 要： | 普通高中课程改革是一个庞大的系统工程,学生的选课和选课指导是其中不可分割的有机构成,而选课指导中的政府行为又是普通高中学生选课成败的重要保障。政府积极参与普通高中学生选课指导具有必然性、可能性和必要性。政府的指导表现为:控制课程设置,教材选择,模块组建;调控普通高中教学质量的评估和检查;组织普通高中选课指导教师的培训。政府在参与普通高中学生选课指导时必须注意以下问题:政府行为应与学校管理相协调;政府行为应充分注重与现行选拔制度相协调;政府行为应注重专业导向性。

| Abstract: | The curriculum reform of regular middle schools is a huge systematic project. That students' selecting elective courses and guiding about it are indispensable parts of curriculum reform, and government action plays a decisive part in guiding students' selecting elective courses. It is inevitable, possible and necessary for the government to positively take part in guiding regular high school students to select elective courses . The government's guide mainly includes restricting elective course setup, selecting teaching materials and constructing modules; adjusting the evaluation and checking of regular middle school teaching quality; organizing the training of teachers who are responsible for guiding regular middle school students' selecting elective courses. While taking part in the guiding , the government's action should be in accordance with school management and with current selecting system . Finally the government action should attach more importance to professional direction. |
