| 摘 要： | 针对以往网站绩效评价研究的不足,以我国省级政府网站为例,在充分考虑了输入与输出因素后,利用非参数的超效率DEA模型,从效率的角度对我国省级政府网站的绩效进行实证评价。结果表明,省级政府网站的绩效存在着差异,但它与人均GDP关联性不大;信息公开指数、网站性能及设计指数、在线办事指数、日常保障指数对结果(即用户调查指数)的影响较大。最后,作者探讨了该研究的优点与不足,并提出了未来尚待进一步研究和探索的一些问题。

| Abstract: | In view of the limitations of the former research on websites evaluation,taking China’s provincial government websites as an example,the author uses the non-parameter super-efficiency DEA to carry on performance evaluation of the websites from an efficiency perspective after taking into account the input and output factors.The results show that it has little correlation with GDP per capita although there are some differences in the website performance.Information publicity index,websites performance and design index,online services index,and the daily maintenance index respectively have a greater impact on the result(i.e.the user survey index).Finally,the author discusses the strengths and limitations of the research and puts forward some issues that need to be explored in the future. |
