| 摘 要： | 高等教育国际化作为衡量高校国际知名度、教学质量和教学水平的一个重要指标,已得到各方面的重视。新疆医科大学对此进行了探索,通过建立独立管理机构———国际教育学院,制定系统的教学体系和管理体系,研发管理软件,培养骨干教师,确立培养方案,推动了学科建设和教学改革,取得了良好的效益。 |

| Abstract: | As an important index to measure the international fame,teaching quality and teaching standards of a university,the internationalization of higher education has received due attention from the state and universities.The Medical University of Xinjiang has made explorations into this and has achieved good economic benefits through establishing independent international institute of education,setting up systematic and complete teaching and management systems,developing administrative software,cultivating mainstay teaching staff and making cultivation plans. |
