| 摘 要： | 职业技术教育人才培养模式不能仅拘泥于技术能力取向层面,还必须着眼于人的全面发展,应以职业素质培养为核心。高职院校实施职业素质教育应从四大层面展开,即办学理念应提倡职业素质教育,以培养特定职业素质技能人才为目标;课程设计应根据目标模式开展职业课程设计;教学方法应以专业所对应的典型职业活动的工作情境为导向,按照行动导向方式开展教学;评价体系应科学合理,评价标准应体现职业技术教育的特点。
