| 摘 要： | 全能制经营是指商业银行在业务范围上不受限制和约束,全面经营各种金融产品。面临经济全球化,中国加入WTO,我国商业银行全能制经营势在必行,而我国商业银行要实现全能制经营就必须改革产权制度,建立完善信用制度,提高经营效率及开拓新业务。

| Abstract: | Universal operating system means to run its business without restriction, and to deal with all kinds offinancial production comprehensively. Confronted with the globalization and China's entry into WTO, it is high time forChina's commercial banks to carry out universal operating system, which inevitably asks for the reform of the propertyrights system, the establishment of credit system and the promotion of operating efficiency in China. |
