| 摘 要： | 随着中国市场经济的不断发展,夫妻财产的种类和数量也不断增加,2001年修订的《婚姻法》对在实践中出现的新情况、新问题已不能进行全面有效的调整。文章从我国社会发展的实际情况出发,提出了修改和完善夫妻法定财产制的思考和建议,诸如增设通则性夫妻财产关系的一般规定;完善夫妻个人特有财产的种类;建立夫妻无形财产转换制度等。
