摘    要:技能型战略联盟是国内外日益重要的企业战略合作形式,联盟成功的关键性决定因素是这种伙伴关系的事后维持,在伙伴关系的事后维持中,重要的行为要素则是信任.运用结构方程模型分析了技能型战略联盟中信任、知识获取、合作效应之间的关系,证实了增强合作伙伴之间的相互信任,能够有效地增加企业知识获取、增大合作效应,对指导企业参与技能型战略联盟、正确处理伙伴之间的关系具有重要的实际意义.

Abstract:Skill-based strategic alliances are becoming an increasingly important organizational form abroad and at home, the critical determinant of alliance success is the ex post maintenance of the partnership, and the important behavior element is the role of trust in the ex post maintenance of partnership. It explores the relationship among trust, knowledge acquisition and cooperative effect in skill-based strategic alliances, and tests that mutual trust among partners can increase knowledge acquisition and improve cooperative effect, these provide firms with concretely practical guidelines when they take part in skill-based strategic alliance and handle partnership correctly.
