| 摘 要： | 在现代市场经济中，社会的发展虽然不同于人的发展，却以人的发展为前提。这主要表现为：公共利益的实现以肯定个人利益为前提，社会结构的良性运行以肯定个体独立自由为前提，国家权力的运用以肯定公民民主权利为前提。现代市场经济中这种以人为前提的社会发展，既从一个侧面为我们揭示了“以人为本”发展观的客观依据，又为我们坚持“以人为本”的发展战略提供了现实途径。

| Abstract: | In modern market economy,development of society is different from development of human being,but it depends on development of human being.It shows that:coming true public interest is based on approving of personal interest,a good circle of society structure is based on the premise that independence and free of individual is consented,the practice of the national power is based on the premise that the democratic rights of its citizens are assured.On the one hand,the development of society on the basis of human in the modern market economy reveals the objective evidence of development view of human-centered.On the other hand,it also provides practical way for us to insist on development strategy of human-centered. |
