| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the present situation of economically suitable houses in Wenzhou: its location, the design of the house style, the number of supply and the distribution scheme. It states the reasonable and unreasonable factors in the system of Wenzhou's economically suitable houses and then puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the system. |
