| 摘 要： | 为了避免不必要的误会,也为了还协同软件的本原,首先剖析了协同管理软件的定义、特征和类型,然后提出正式的协同管理系统(CMS)概念,并分析了CMS的本质;最后,指出了在我国发展和推进这一企业信息化的第3股热浪的实践意义.
