高校教师的兼职创业动机研究——基于自主创新视角的实证检验

摘    要:聚焦高校教师群体,探讨内外部创业环境对兼职创业行为的影响。借助数理模型和实证分析,解析各类创业资源对高校教师创新驱动型兼职创业活动的影响机制,并探究创业自我效能感在创业资源和高校教师创新驱动型兼职创业活动之间的中介作用。研究发现:(1)现阶段我国高校兼职创业者呈现较明显的创业群体和创业模式特征;(2)创业时间资源和资产资源均能促进高校教师开展创新驱动型兼职创业,其中创业资产的影响更显著;(3)创业自我效能感在创业资产对高校教师创新驱动型兼职创业的关系中存在中介效应,而在创业时间对高校教师创新驱动型兼职创业的关系中不存在中介效应。研究启示如下:高校教师兼职创业者决策层面,应将衡量和积累创业资产放在首位,对创业自我效能感进行全面评价,并考量创业资产和创业时间的合理分配;政府政策层面,应坚持发展科研服务社会发展导向型合作模式,推动健全和完善知识产权管理制度和兼职型创业教师管理政策等。

Abstract:Focusing on the group of teachers in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the influence of the internal and external entrepreneurial environment on part-time entrepreneurial behavior.With the help of mathematical models and empirical analysis,the paper analyzes the impact mechanism of various entrepreneurial resources on the innovation-driven part-time entrepreneurial activities of college teachers,and explores the mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy between entrepreneurial resources and college teachers'innovationdriven part-time entrepreneurial activities.The research finds that:(1)At present,part-time entrepreneurs in colleges and universities in China have obvious characteristics of entrepreneurial groups and entrepreneurial models.(2)Both entrepreneurial time resources and asset resources can promote college teachers to carry out innovationdriven part-time entrepreneurship,and among them,the impact of entrepreneurial assets is even more significant.(3)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurial assets and college teachers'innovation-driven part-time entrepreneurship,but there is no mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurial time and college teachers'innovation-driven part-time entrepreneurship.The research implications are as follows:at the decision-making level of part-time entrepreneurs in colleges and universities,the measurement and accumulation of entrepreneurial assets should be placed in the first place,a comprehensive evaluation of entrepreneurial self-efficacy should be carried out,and the reasonable allocation of entrepreneurial assets and entrepreneurial time should be considered;and at the government policy level,scientific research serving social development-oriented cooperation model should be adhered to,and the government should promote the improvement and improvement of the intellectual property management system and the management policy of part-time entrepreneurial teachers.
