| 摘 要： | 通过强化组合技术训练，对比传统训练方法，实验证明，运用组合技术训练，有利于少儿在武术训练中有效的感知技术细节，掌握动作节奏，强化局部动作规格。从而促进整套技术动作的水平；有利于调动运动员训练的积极性，加深对武术整套技术动作的理解。是提高武术整套技术水平的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Compared with the traditional training methods, it is researched that compounding technology training is very helpful to understand the details of technology, master the rhythm of action, strengthen action standard and improve the whole level. It is also helpful for athletes to improve the training motion and deepen the understanding of whole action about martial art. In all, it is a good way to improve the whole technology level of martial art. |
