| 摘 要： | 发展少数民族地区的职业技术教育，要努力营造良好环境，促进职业教育健康发展；改革就业用工机制，拓展职业教育发展空间；以结构调整为主线，进一步完善职业技术学校的布局。构架人才培养“立交桥”；深化教育教学改革，实施“名师、名校、名专业”建设工程；加强职业培训。提高劳动的就业能力。

| Abstract: | In the development of vocational-technical education in ethnic minority regions,great efforts should be made to build a good environment to promote the healthy development of vocational education.Reform should be carried out in employment system to expand developing space for vocational education.Structural adjustments should be made to optimize the distribution of vocational-technical schools and to build various channels for talents training.Educational reform should be deepened to implement the construction project of well-known teachers,well-known schools and well-known specialities.Finally,vocational training should be enhanced to increase laborers' ability of employment. |
