摘    要:留守儿童心理问题主要有:人格发展不良,心理健康水平低,行为问题突出,学业成绩不良,生活状况差等;造成这些问题的主要原因有:亲子关系缺失,社会支持欠缺,监护人水平低,学校周边环境差等。应对策略有:加强与留守儿童家长的联系,营造良好的成长环境,积极参加各种针对留守儿童教育的教师培训;根据留守儿童教育的生理特征、心理特征采取相关举措。

Psychological Development Problems of Children Left Behind and Countermeasures for Teachers

Abstract:The problems in psychological development of children left behind by their migrant-worker parents are: personality disorders, psychological problems, behavior disorders, poor learning achievement, bad living conditions and so on. These problems may be resulted in by the following factors: being short of parenthood, deficiency of social support, poor supervision, and worse circumstance of school. Countermeasure are proposed as follows: to enhance the relation with children's parents, to construct benign circumstance for children's growth, to join in the training for teachers, and to take corresponding actions based on the children's natural characters and psychological characters.
