安徽省小学青年教师心理健康状况调查研究

摘    要:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对安徽省171名小学青年教师的心理健康状况进行评定,并与全国常模对照。结果发现安徽省小学青年教师的心理健康状况令人堪忧,受教育程度和人事编制是影响小学青年教师心理健康水平的影响因素,提出了增进小学青年教师心理健康的对策,以利于小学青年教师的心理健康。

Investigation and Study on Mental Health Level of Primary School Young Teachers in Anhui Province

Abstract:The mental health status of 171 primary school young teachers were assessed with SCL-90, and the results were compared to those in Chinese norm. There are mental health problems in primary school teachers. Educational background and personnel establishment play important roles on the SCL- 90 results of primary school young teachers in Anhui Province. In order to benefit the mental health of primary school young teachers, some countermeasures are put forward.
