| 摘 要： | 在市场经济的冲击下，再加上对人文教育内涵理解不透和本身办学历史较短，民办高校的人文教育尚存在诸多不足。在这种情况下，民办高校应该正确理解人文教育的内涵和本质，坚定培养规格，以职业素养培训为切入口，通过优化课程设置，落实人文教育的实施载体，形成人文教育的制度保障，培育人文教育的环境氛围等措施，形成完整体系，从而保障人文教育取得实效。

| Abstract: | Under the impact of market economy, coupled with the absent understanding about humanistic education and a relatively short history, humanities education in private universities is still having many inadequacies. In such cases, private universities should correctly understand the connotation of humanistic education and the nature of firm specification culture. With literacy training for occupational entry points, by optimizing the curriculum, implementing the education in the humanities education earrier, formatting humanistic education system to protect and nurture humanistic edueation measures such as environmental atmosphere, forming a complete system, we can achieve tangible results in hu manities edueation. |
