| 摘 要： | 深化教师教育改革,全面提高教师教育质量,加快教师专业化步伐,是当务之急也是长期任务。进行教师教育改革的主要措施有深化教师教育机构尤其是师范院校的课程改革;改革和加强高师院校的德育工作;构建完善的预备教师专业实习制度;贯彻终身教育思想,实现教师教育一体化;优化配置教育资源,推进教师教育多元化;推进体制创新,努力探索教师教育的新模式。

| Abstract: | It is both an urgency and long-term task to deepen the educational reform of teachers, to enhance the educational quality of teachers and to quicken the professionalization of teachers. The major measures for these are taken as follow: to deepen the reform of educational institution of teachers, particularly the curriculum of normal college; to reform and strengthen the moral education of normal college; to construct the sound system of specialty practice for probationary teachers; to carry out the thought of lifetime education; to realize the integration of teachers and education; to optimize the educational resources; to push forward the pluralism of teacher's education and to promote the innovation by system in order to probe into a new mode of teacher's education. |
