| 摘 要： | 和谐、良好的师生关系是师生在教育教学活动中的价值和生命意义的具体体现。文章在反思现有的学生观的基础上，提出构建和谐的师生关系，最根本的是教师应该尊重学生，平等与学生相处．建立起尊重与平等的学生现。教师应将尊重与平等教育思想切实体现到学生观和教育教学实践中。
