| 摘 要： | 动态联盟内知识共享和信息交流过程中,核心知识资产流失会对企业核心竞争力造成威胁.因此,有必要对动态联盟中的知识产权风险进行评价.利用基于集值统计的模糊综合评价方法,对知识产权风险指标的权重,以及单个指标风险和总体风险进行了研究,同时也对专家判断的可靠度进行了分析,为动态联盟采取有效措施控制风险提供了理论参考.

| Abstract: | When sharing and exchanging information in dynamic alliances, the losses of the core intellectual asset will pose a threat to the core competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, it is necessary to evaluate the risks of intellectual property in dynamic alliances. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach based on the mass statistics was adopted in this article and as a result the weights of intellectual risks indexes, individual and collective risks can be derived; meanwhile, the analysis of the reliability of the experts' estimation is also presented. It can be a reference for the dynamic alliances to control intellectual property risks effectively. |
