| 摘 要： | 为研究中国自行车运动的发展，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法，从我国自行车运动的人员、场地、器材、管理状况人手，探讨我国自行车运动在体制、技术、资金、场地：器材、人员方面存在问题及其原因。从改革与完善管理体制；完善市场经济；发展自行车运动产业；培育强大的群众基础方面着手，解决资源与技术的优势，打通群众体育与竞技体育之间的通道，使得两者能够相互促进，共同发展。

| Abstract: | By means of documents, questionnaires, interviews and mathematic statistics, the paper discusses the existing problems and their causes in cycling sport in China in the aspects of personnel, ground, facilities and management. The paper suggests reforming management system, perfecting market economy, develop cycling industry, involving more people in cycling, making full use of resources and technology, and breaking the wall between mass sports and competitive sports so as to ensure the two the develop together and sustainably. |
