| 摘 要： | 辅导员是班级集体的组织、领导和教育者。高职学前教育专业的辅导员应围绕着培养合格的幼儿教师这一目标,深入了解学生,把握教育契机,提高学生对所学专业的认识,明确未来教师的职业素质;创建良好的班集体,围绕学生的职业素质,开展教育活动。

| Abstract: | The counselor is the organizer,leader and educator of the class.The counselor of preschool education major in vocational school should focus on the aim of bringing up qualified kindergarten teachers,understanding students deeply,grasping its feature and educational chance.In educational activities, we should improve students' cognition to their own major and make clear the teachers' professional quality for the future.We should create a good class and develop educational activities surrounding students' professional quality. |
