| 摘 要： | 随着2006年全国科技大会的召开,“十一五”规划的施行,科技创新成为我国增强国际竞争力的必然选择。增强我国的科技创新实力,高校将发挥重要作用,因此要大力建设科技创新研究团队,实现大兵团作战。围绕如何建设高校优秀创新研究团队,从人事制度、学科建设、基金制度改革、学术带头人、团队建设等方面进行了较为详细的论述,以期发挥高校人才、学科等优势建立起高水平的科研团队,提高科研原创能力,为我国的科技兴国服务。

| Abstract: | With 2006 National Scientific Meeting holding and 11 th five-year program implementing,Scientific crea- tivity is necessary choice for improving our internationally competitive power.In terms of enhancing our Scientific cre- ativity power,Universities will play essential role,therefore paying an important attention to construct Scientifically creative team and tackle key problems.The passage is about how to construct excellent,creative research team in u- niversities.In order to construct high level creative team by utilizing talents advantages,subjects advantages etc,en- hance scientific original power,serve for our national booming by scientific technology,it discusses problems in de- tails,such as personnel system,subject construction,reform of funding system,academic leader and team construc- tion etc. |
