| 摘 要： | 校友资源是高校重要的信息资源、财富资源、公共关系资源，与当前大学生就业密切相关。整合校友资源，促进大学生就业，可在以下几个方面做好相应的工作：与校友合作建立大学生实习基地；定期邀请校友回母校做报告；定期举办校友单位专场招聘会。

| Abstract: | Alumni resources are important resources of information, wealth, and public relation, and closely related to college students＇employment. This paper focus on the means of integrating alumni resources in order to promote students＇employment： establishing students＇practice base by cooperating with alumni; inviting alumni to return to their alma mater to make report regularly; and holding recruitment fair sponsored by units of alumni regularly. |
