| 摘 要： | 开展公共管理硕士（MPA）专业学位教育不仅是我国高等教育改革的一项重要内容，也是培养知识化、专业化、高层次公务员队伍的平台。本文以河北大学为例，通过分析其在招生结构、与招生部门的合作、考核评价等方面的措施，提出深化专业学位教育管理体制的策略：拓宽招生视野，调整招生结构；加强对教学科研的考核，确保师资队伍质量；完善奖励体系，建构激励和保障机制；完善教学管理机制；健全保障措施。

| Abstract: | The education of Master of Public Administration(MPA) is not only an important element of the reform of higher education in China,but also the platform to training knowledgeable,professional and high level civil servants.Taking Hebei University as an example,the article has analyzed the measures on enrollment structure,department cooperation,examination assessment system and so on,proposed the policies to deepening the education management system of professional degree:expanding the view of enrollment,readjusted the structure of admission;strengthening the assessment of teaching and scientific research to ensure the quality of teachers;improving the reward system to construct an incentive and guarantee mechanism;improving the teaching management mechanism and perfecting the security measures. |
