| 摘 要： | 美国高校重视体育运动,许多高校体育设施齐全,休闲体育气氛浓厚,休闲体育开展普及,形式多样,内容丰富。签于此,文章采用文献研究和比较研究法对美国高校休闲体育的形式和内容进行初步研究和分析。研究表明：美国高校休闲体育的主要形式有＂室内健身活动、校内体育比赛、俱乐部体育活动、户外休闲与探险＂等;休闲体育活动项目内容随季节的变化而变化,从陆地到水上,从室内到室外,各种项目应有尽有。同时,各种活动计划周全,安排合理,保障机制健全。美国高校休闲体育理念深入人心,形成了美国高校独特的休闲体育文化。

| Abstract: | The American universities value sports very much,so they provides different facilities,and the recreational sport atmosphere is strong.The recreational sport is popular with varieties of activities.As a result,this paper employs the documentary and comparative method in order to discuss and analyze the forms and contents of the recreational sports.The findings show that the main forms are aquatics,fitness,intramurals,club sports and outdoor adventure.The events differ in different seasons.Additionally,all activities are planned and arranged well with a sound guarantee system.The conclusion is that the recreational sport philosophy is rooted in American universities forming the unique sports culture. |
