| 摘 要： | 体育教学活动中伤害事故具有突发性、不可预测性、不确定性因素，加之高校领导对体育活动安全意识不强，体育伤害事故频频发生，给高校体育教学敲响了警钟。文章运用文献资料法，专家访谈法，逻辑分析法，提出体育安全条例制度构建的必要性和应用意义，提出了：高校伤害事故分类；学生意外伤害防护对策与紧急处理；保险和理赔；法律保护与处理程序等，以期为高校领导、体育X-作者、在校学生、学生家长提供理论和实践帮助。

| Abstract: | Injury accidents in sports teaching and learning activities with the sudden,unpredictability,uncertainty,coupled with the university leadership is not strong safety awareness of the sports activities,sports injury accidents occur frequently,wake-up call to college physical education.The use of literature,expert interviews,logical analysis,the necessity and significance of the system construction of the sports safety regulations,a college injury accident classification;dangerous accident prevention and assessment;injury accident emergency treatment;sports equipment and facilities management;underwriting and claims;legal protection and handling procedures for the college and university leadership,sports workers,school students,parents provide the theoretical and practical help. |
