| 摘 要： | 教育本是人的教育，其重要本质就是它的人文性。人文精神是人文教育的核心。高校成人教育作为教育体系和完整教育结构的重要组成部分，理应以加强人文精神的培育为己任。然而在实用性和功利性的价值取向的影响下，成人教育价值追求中人文精神缺失。基于此，成人教育需加大人文知识教育的比重，注重人文精神的培育，以培养积极参与社会生活、个性和谐发展的公民为其价值导向。

| Abstract: | Education should be people’s education and its critical nature is humanities and humanistic spirit is the core of humanistic education.Adult higher education,as an important part of the educational system and complete educational structure,should take strengthening the cultivation of humanistic spirit as its mission.However,under the influence of the practical and utilitarian value orientation,there are serious deficiencies of humanistic spirit in the pursuit of the value orientation of adult higher education.Therefore,adult higher education needs to increase the proportion of humanistic knowledge education,focuses on the cultivation of humanistic spirit and takes the cultivation of citizens actively participating in social life and with harmonious development of the personality as its value orientation. |
