| 摘 要： | 我国要从体育大国逐步向体育强国转变，离不开高校竞技体育人才的培养。文章通过文献资料法、访谈法分析了我国高校高水平运动队建设现状，其中取得的成绩有：发展规模逐渐壮大、运动成绩斐然、体教有效结合；但也存在一些不足：人才培养理念出现偏差、生源质量不高、运动经费和训练条件不足等。学习、借鉴美国高校高水平竞技人才培养的先进经验，结合我国具体情况，提出相关建议，为高校高水平运动队的建设与发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | The training of competitive sports talents in colleges and universities is indispensable for China’s transformation from a sports giant to a sports power.Through literature research and interviews,this paper analyses the status quo of the building of high level sports team in colleges and universities.The achievements include the gradual of development scale,brilliant sports performance and the effective combination of PE teaching.The shortcomings include the deviation in cultivation of talents,low-qualified students enrolled and shortage of sporting funds and training conditions.Considering the concrete conditions in China,this paper proposes advanced experience be learned and drawn lessons from American universities and put forward suggestions for the reference of the construction and development of high level sports team in China’s colleges and universities. |
