| 摘 要： | 人的现代化是现代的最终目标，而以知识生产和传播为主要功能的教育则在其中发挥着无以替代的作用。由于接受教育的对象不同和社会现实发展需要的变化，以创新观念提高在职研究生教育质量，转变传统的在职研究生教育质量观念，使“普适性”与“个适性”有机结合，是在职研究生教育生存和发展的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The modernization of the man is the ultimate destination of the modernization.Education,whose major functions are the production and communication of knowledge,plays an unsubstitiutable role in it.It must im- prove the education quality and transform the conservative opinions of on-the-job postgraduates' education with the original ideals,as the objects are different and the social reality is changing,to hand the general adaptability and the individuality adaptability in on-the-job postgraduates' education.This is the necessary way for develop- ment of on-the-job postgraduates' education. |
