| 摘 要： | 在简述对国内外医药行业开展第三方物流的研究的基础上,以四川省医药股份有限公司为例,分析了国内医药商业企业开展第三方医药物流的困境:单一的盈利模式,落后的营销和管理手段；现代物流知识和专业物流人才的缺乏；配送运输能力低,供应链环节不顺畅.进一步分析了开展第三方医药物流的可行性,并提出了开展第三方医药物流的策略建议:扩大规模,提高核心竞争力；加强物流专业人才的培养,促进企业跨跃式发展；优化设备,提高网速,以促进医药商业企业更好的发展.

| Abstract: | Based on a succinct review of the research conducted on the implementation of the third-party logistics by medical enterprises in China and abroad,a case study is made of the Sichuan Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.to analyze the difficulties they are faced with in the operation of the third-party medicine logistics,namely,the unitary profit-making mode,the backward marketing and managerial means,the lack of modern logistics knowledge and personnel,low delivery capacity and unsmooth supply chains.The feasibility for conducting the third-party medicine logistics is investigated and counter measures are put forth: to step up the scale;to enhance the core competitiveness;to strengthen the training of logistics professionals;to prompt the great-leap-forward development of the enterprises;to optimize equipment;to reinforce awareness. |
