| 摘 要： | ＂课内外一体化＂教学模式是一个以课堂教学为主体,以体育课堂延伸活动和良好的体育环境为两翼的新的体育教学体系。文章把这一教学模式应用在高校武术选项课中进行试验研究,研究结果表明,这一教学模式应用于高校武术选项课教学中对学生身体素质的提高、武术技术技能、武术理论的掌握以及对大学生＂健康第一＂、＂终生体育＂思想的形成都具有常规武术教学不可比拟的效果。

| Abstract: | ＂The integration both inside and outside classroom＂ teaching model is the new system of physical education with a classroom teaching as the main body and with an extension of the classroom to the sports activities and a good environment for the sport. This paper applied this teaching mode into Wushu classes in colleges and universities to do the experimental study. The finds show that the teaching mode can improve student＇s quality, Wushu skills, mastering Wushu theory, and has better teaching effect than ordinary Wushu teaching methods. |
