| 摘 要： | 1953－1978年间中国选择了重工业优先发展战略。这有其深刻的社会历史背景。但这一战略并不适合当时中国工业化初期的经济和自然资源条件，背离了中国的资源比较优势，因而在社会经济结构、城市化进程、产业结构、劳动就业、消费水平、经济波动等方面产生了消极的影响，使中国经济发展付出了沉重的代价。

| Abstract: | China chose the strategy of developing heavy industry for preference between 1953 and 1978,which had its deep social and historical background.But this strategy didn't fit economical and natural resources conditions of Chinese industrialization in its infancy.It deviated from comparative advantage of Chinese natural resources and brought about a harmful impact on social economic structure,urbanizational advance,industrial structure,labour and employment,consumption level,economic fluctuation and so on.All these made china pay a heavy price for its economy development. |
