| 摘 要： | 耕地是我国农村劳动力就业的重要保障,也是我国粮食安全的基础.随着我国改革开放不断深化与经济不断发展,我国农业发展面临的市场条件与产业运行环境发生了深刻变化,我国耕地资源的有效保护面临着新的挑战.本文首先分析了我国耕地资源的主要特点,然后详细论述了我国耕地保护面临的各种约束条件,在此基础上,提出了适应我国市场经济发展需要的耕地保护的对策措施.

| Abstract: | Farmland is the main channel of employment of labor force of our country,is also the foundation of national safe food supplies.With the deepening of the reformation opens and the development of economy continuously,the market Conditions and the industry running environment of our country's agriculture are changed profoundly,the validity protection of the farmland resources confronted the new challenge.The main characteristics of our country's farmland resources are analyzed in this text firstly,and then all sorts of restricting conditions of cultivated land protection are discussed in detail.Countermeasures of farmland protection that adapt to the demand of market economy development in our country are brought forward. |
