| 摘 要： | 将个体需求、社会规范作为自变量,利他行为与私利行为作为因变量,采用整群抽样的方法,通过对227名企业员工进行问卷调查,并在埃尔斯特的研究基础上采用相关分析和多元回归分析方法实证研究了个体在面对同样需求时由于社会规范的影响作用不同而产生不同的经济行为。结果表明:社会规范与私利需求、利他行为与私利行为均具有较强的相关性。

| Abstract: | In the theoretical model individual demands,social norms are independent variables,and altruism and self-interest of economic behavior are dependent variables. This paper uses correlation analysis and multiple regression to analyze individual economic behavior based on Elster's research from 227 examples. Statistical result shows that social ethics and self-interest demands are closely related to altruism and self-interest behavior. |
