论中小企业的营销策略

摘    要:中小企业起步较晚,面临着很多的问题,解决中小企业营销策略中存在的问题对中小企业的发展具有非常重要的意义。目前中小企业的营销网络体制尚未形成,绝大多数企业营销策略理念仍未确立,存在着很多问题。这就要求中小企业要制定良好的销售策略,不断改进销售渠道,提高企业运作效率。

Abstract:Small and medium enterprises are facing many problems because of their slow development;therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problems in their marketing strategy. At present, their marketing network system has not yet formed and most of them have not established their marketing strategy notion. To solve those problems,it is necessary for small and medium enterprises to make efficient marketing strategy and to improve distribution ability and operation efficiency.
