| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of newly-established colleges and universities which are in lack of equipment in ethnic minority ar-eas, the paper proposes reasonable quantification plan on the experimental teaching work so as to make the work fit its own characteristics. The tests have greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of both teachers and experimental technical persons at work. |
