| 摘 要： | 文化创意产业集群发展模式目前已经成为河南省重点发展文化产业的一种典型模式。集聚度与根植性是审视文化产业集群的两个维度;企业、政府和智力机构则是文化产业集群发展的重要环节。通过对以上要素的实证分析,探讨制约河南省文化创意产业集群发展的内在因素,并针对性地提出改革方法,为文化产业集群的创新机制研究提供借鉴。
