氧化铝粉体发光性能研究

摘    要:用碳酸氢铵和氨水混合溶液作为复合沉淀剂制备氧化铝粉体.通过荧光分光光度计对粉体的发光特性进行了研究.结果表明:氧化铝粉体的激发光谱是以247nm(5.03 ev)为中心220nm到270nm的宽带激发;在254nm波长激发的发射光谱,是以395nm(3.15 ev)为中心340nm到460nm的宽带发射.

Abstract:Alumina powder is prepared by co-precipitation method using mixture of ammoniumhydrogen carbonate and ammonium water as complex precipitator.The luminescence property of alumina power is analyzed with a fluorescence spectrometer.The results show that excitation spectra of alumina power is between 220 nm and 270 nm and that emission spectra of it is between 340 nm and 460 nm.
