| 摘 要： | 采用同卷调查、访谈及逻辑分析等研究方法,对制约广西农村体育发展的主要因素进行了剖析.研究表明:广西经济基础差、科学文化相对落后、资金缺乏;体育资源配置不足;政策、法规、组织和管理体制不健全;体育专业人才匮乏;农村文化基础差、农民观念落后,缺乏体育意识等,这是制约广西农村体育事业发展的主要因素.针对以上制约因素,提出以下建议:统筹城乡经济,加大投资力度;完善政策、法规,建立有效的组织、管理体系;因地制宜发展民族传统体育;加强农村精神文明建设,提高农民素养等. |

| Abstract: | This research has analyzed the factors that restrict the development of sports in the countryside of Guangxi by using survey,interview,logical analysis etc.The result has shown the following weak points: poor economic foundation;poor science and cultural level;lack of funds;lack of sports resources;inadequate policy,law,organization and management system;insufficient sport talented person;poor cultural foundation in the countryside;poor concepts of the farmers;lack of the awareness of sports.Those points ar... |
