| 摘 要： | 研究、探索高职生心理问题及对策,对加强和改进学生思想政治教育具有现实意义.由于理想与现实的矛盾、认知存在偏差、缺乏应对问题的策略与能力等原因,高职生普遍存在学习压力大、人际关系紧张、情感困惑、人生信仰缺失等心理问题.鉴于此,正确认识高职生特点,合理确立心理健康教育目标,通过建立危机干预机制、开展心理咨询及举办各种宣传教育活动等,提高高职生心理素质,从而加强思想政治教育的效果.
