| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆要实现“以读者为本”的服务宗旨 ,应突出以上几方面的工作 :一是增强馆员自觉服务的意识 ;二是不断提高馆员的综合素质 ;三是优化图书馆藏结构 ;四是不断完善服务内容 ;五是使服务手段现代化、多样化 ;六是对读者进行培训。
