摘    要:武术运动是一项集技击、健身、娱乐于一体的民族传统体育项目,蕴藏着深厚的民族文化底蕴.武术运动讲究武德、形神兼修、内外合一的运动特点,把育人和育体高度结合起来.高校开展武术运动,能有效地提高大学生身体素质,促进大学生心理健康发展,有效缓解大学生身心两方面的压力.在高校开展武术运动有着显著的教育价值和健身效果,对改善大学生体质具有重要意义.

Abstract:Wushu is the traditional ethnic sports combining with martial art, fitness and entertainment, and it contains the pro- found national culture and sports methods. Wushu is featured with Wushu spirit, exquisiteness and integrated notions which make the education and the physical exercise together. The development of Wushu in colleges and universities can effectively improve the physical quality of students, while students are under the excellent traditional culture. Hence it is to promote the development of col- lege Students' psychological health, effectively alleviate the college students' physical and mental pressure. Wushu in colleges and universities has the significant educational value and fitness effect and it is very significant to improve the college Students' physical fitness.
